We’re proud to announce our new partnership with England’s most awarded producer, Gusbourne – a winemaker whose commitment to craft, sustainability and timeless elegance reflects so much of what we hold dear here at The Three Fishes.

To mark the occasion, we’re inviting guests to join us on Friday 16th May for a very special Gusbourne lunch and dinner.

This incredibly special event will celebrate the best of British food and wine, with each course paired beautifully with Gusbourne’s award-winning portfolio.

Expect a warm welcome with a glass of Brut Reserve 2018 on arrival, followed by a menu of thoughtful seasonal dishes.

Joining us from Gusbourne is Beth Doran, who will introduce each wine and share more about the passion and precision behind every bottle.

It’s a day of storytelling through wine, food and conversation — and one we’re truly excited to share.
