Booking Policy
We wanted to make booking your festive table as easy
as possible, so there are a few ways you can secure your
reservation.
On our website, select ‘Christmas’, choose the date and follow
the process of entering all your booking details and your card
details for your chosen date.
If you’d rather speak to us over the phone you can call our
team on 01254 826 666 from Tuesday through till Sunday, or
if you’re calling on a Monday when we’re usually closed, just
leave us a voicemail and one of the management team will
call you back once we reopen on the Tuesday.
Last, but not least is via email. You can email the reservations
team on [email protected], they’ll need to
know what day you’d like to reserve a table, how many people
will be dining, what time you would like to join us, a preferred
contact number and any dietary requirements.
For private dining enquiries, call us and ask for one of our
management team or send the reservations team an email
to enquire whether your date is available, and your dedicated
point of contact will organise your event with you from start
to finish.
*Please note – all bookings for Christmas Day & NYE must
be made directly through the restaurant with our events
department, this will not be available to book online.

CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS POLICY
Reservations between the 27th November 2024 to the
23rd December 2023: We understand that guest’s plans may
change over this period, we ask that bookings made between
these dates, that you notify us within 48 hours minimum of
any date amendments or cancellations so we are able to try
to rebook your table. In the event of a cancellation within 48
hours of your reservation full payment will be taken.
For all bookings between 24th December 2024
and 31st December 2024 (key event dates): full payment
per head will be requested upfront and in the event of
a cancellation between these dates full payment will be
retained, unless we are able to re-sell your table.
