Fusion returns to The Three Fishes for a third year. Each evening a celebrated guest chef joins Nigel Haworth to create an exclusive five-course tasting menu, paired with expertly selected wines.

  • Wednesday 14th October – Nigel Haworth, The Three Fishes
  • Thursday 15th October – Sabrina Gidda
  • Friday 16th October – Tom Parker, The White Swan at Fence
  • Saturday 17th October – Ping Coombes
  • Sunday 18th October – Jazz Brunch, curated by Nigel Haworth and the team

Five-course tasting menu, £140 per person. An optional paired wine flight is available in addition and is not included in the ticket price.

Proceeds from the festival auction go to Action Against Hunger.
