Few chefs have made as big an impact on the North West dining scene in recent years as Gary Usher. Founder of the award-winning Elite Bistros group, Gary is known for creating neighbourhood restaurants that combine exceptional food with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. His restaurants have earned a devoted following and helped shape the region’s modern dining landscape. On 30th September, Gary will be joining Nigel Haworth and The Three Fishes kitchen team for a one-off five-course dinner, bringing together two celebrated chefs for an evening of seasonal cooking, great produce and memorable hospitality.
