In The Gusbourne Rooms, sits our beautiful 51° North private dining space, designed for those unforgettable moments you want to share with friends, family, or colleagues. Whether it’s a birthday celebration, a Christmas gathering, a work party, an anniversary, or a milestone event, our private room offers the perfect setting to bring everyone together. This space seats between 8-14 guests or up to 20 guests with the option to add an additional table.
For larger gatherings, the adjoining Gusbourne Rooms seamlessly extend the space, accommodating up to 40 guests. This flexible setup allows you to enjoy the same intimate feel while bringing everyone together for your special event.

For an extra touch of magic, Chef Patron Nigel can design a bespoke menu tailored to your favourite flavours, dietary needs, and chosen number of courses, ensuring a truly personalised dining experience.

The 51° North Private dining room provides an exclusive, warm atmosphere for smaller celebrations, seating between 8 and 14 guests or 20 guests with the addition of an extra table. With its refined interiors and intimate setting, it’s ideal for hosting your closest family and friends. The room also features a TV screen, perfect for sharing cherished memories, photo slideshows, or presentations during your celebration.
