All our dishes are crafted with sustainability in mind to ensure each dish gives back as much as it takes.

 

Whether you choose our ‘Farm to fork’ or plant-based set menus, or prefer to go a la carte, we only use the freshest, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.

Join us at the weekend for a proper Lancashire Sunday Lunch, or on Friday for our ever popular Chippy Tea.
Whilst we do not have a children’s menu, we do offer half plate portions for half of the menu cost.

Finally, we are proud to offer our guests the Chef’s Table experience – please note this requires a minimum of two weeks prior notice and is available to a minimum of 8 and maximum of 12 guests .

Escaping the hustle and bustle of day to day life is more than possible when you choose to gather your loved ones in our private dining room. Enjoy the same ambience, the same service, the same incredible food but in an intimate setting where you can relax and truly enjoy the company of those around you. If you’re after something to make the occasion extra special, you can have a bespoke menu designed by Nigel just for you and your guests.

We’ll get to know your favourite ingredients, dietary needs and how many courses you’d like and return to you with an enchanting menu that’ll wrap up your dining experience perfectly.

We don’t just look after the food, we also offer bespoke drinks packages designed around your requirements including cocktails, drinks on arrival and bar tabs or you can opt for wine pairings hand chosen by Jack, our resident wine expert.
