HEAD CHEF

The Three Fishes successfully reopened in November 2021 and we are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Head Chef to join our team.

If you’re passionate about sustainability, good food and good people, we want to hear from you.

Essential skills:

  • The ability to consistently perform well in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills to ensure the smooth running of a kitchen
  • In-depth knowledge of all the sections in a kitchen to efficiently manage operations
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a kitchen team
  • Solid financial acumen, including the ability to manage a budget
  • Creativity and superior culinary skills to create exceptional dishes
  • Computer literacy, including a working knowledge of relevant software programs, such as Microsoft Office
  • Business acumen to make sound decisions regarding things like menu prices and kitchen processes

Experience Requirements:
8-10 years experience is a preferred minimum in a similar role.

Salary range: 

£40,000-£45,000 annually depending on experience. The successful candidate will also be eligible for a share of our 10% discretionary service charge which is paid monthly with the salary as well as a profit share.

 

PASTRY CHEF

We are looking for a strong, motivated individual, someone who has worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry for a number of years. The person will be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

PASTRY CHEF

The Three Fishes successfully reopened in November 2021 and we are now looking for atalented Pastry Chef to join our team.

Key Skills
We are looking for a strong, motivated individual, someone who has worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry for a number of years. The person will be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:

  • Innovation and creativity
  • A high level of knowledge and technical pastry skills
  • Strong internal customer care skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A high standard of personal presentation
  • Confident, professional and welcoming personality

Day to day
As the pastry chef, you will be required to work under the direction of the Head Chef in the preparation and service of food ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

Experience Requirements

£25,000-£27,000 annually depending on experience. The successful candidate will also be eligible for a share of our 10% discretionary service charge which is paid monthly with the salary as well as and a share of any tips.

FRONT OF HOUSE

The Three Fishes successfully reopened in November 2021. We are looking for passionate and driven Front of House team members to join our team.

We believe that the success of a business is in the quality of its people. We’ve worked hard to build a team who are dedicated to our sustainability mission, are in-line with our ethos and have exciting, engaging personalities and we’re looking to grow our team further.

Our ideal team members will:

  • Really care about providing a fantastic experience for guests

  • Have clear communication skills
  • Be passionate about food, with a basic understanding of wine and beverages

Above all else, we are looking for a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn.

Salary range: 

£9.50 to £10.50 per hour depending on experience. The successful candidate will also be eligible for a share of our 10% discretionary service charge which is paid monthly with the salary and a share of any tips.

GARDENER

GARDENER

The Three Fishes successfully reopened in November 2021, we are now in the process of looking for a passionate, experienced gardener to join our growing team.

You will be a vital to the success of the Three Fishes as we will be looking to you to establish and maintain a one acre, sustainably grown vegetable garden and edible forest which will supply the kitchen with fresh, heritage produce that will form a huge part of our seasonal menus.

There is a no-dig policy as we are 100% committed in our endeavours to be as sustainable as possible. To us, sustainability isn’t just a word – it’s something we strive every day to achieve.

Salary range: 

£18,000-£22,000 annually depending on experience. The successful candidate will also be eligible for a share of our 10% discretionary service charge which is paid monthly with the salary.

FLOOR SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a strong, motivated individual, someone who has worked in a similar role within the hospitality industry for a number of years. The person will be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

FLOOR SUPERVISOR

The Three Fishes successfully reopened in November 2021 and we are looking for a passionate and driven floor supervisor to join our growing team.

If you’re passionate about sustainability, good food and good people, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate:

  • Possesses good customer service skills
  • Can demonstrate good communication skills – written and verbal
  • Has a good understanding of cash handling and till operation
  • Is self-motivated and a strong motivator
  • Will be able to assist in the training and development of new team members
  • Will have strong attention to detail with the aim of delivering high class service
  • Will ensure quality controls are maintained.

Experience in hospitality management and customer service is essential.

Salary range: 

£24,000-£26,000 annually depending on experience. The successful candidate will also be eligible for a share of our 10% discretionary service charge which is paid monthly with the salary as well as a share of any tips.
