Where have three years gone? The time just flies by, doesn’t it?

As a thank you from Kath and myself for your continued support of The Three Fishes, I’d like to extend an invitation to you and your friends, family and colleagues to celebrate our third birthday on Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st November.

A few years ago, our family greatly benefited from the incredible work of the team at Preston NICU – as many others have. That’s why we’ve chosen to support them with proceeds raised from our birthday week.

I’ve put together a special menu which is available to you – by way of thanks – at £45. It really is incredible value for the quality of the produce we use.

Which leads me on, finally, to thank our fantastic suppliers – firstly for sponsoring this event, but also for their beautiful produce. We grow most of our own vegetables here in our organic garden, but we rely on them for much of our other ingredients. The Fishes would not be what it is without them.
