Christmas has always been one of my favourite times in the restaurant. It's a season for gathering around the table, sharing great food, good wine and even better company.

This year feels particularly special for me as I celebrate my 50th year in food. Looking back over five decades in kitchens, restaurants and hospitality, it's not the awards or accolades that stand out most, it's the memories created around the table. That's exactly what we hope to offer here at The Three Fishes this festive season.

From our Seasonal Farm to Fork Tasting Menu, available from 25th November to 23rd December, to our special menus for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Lazy Festive Sundays, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, we've created experiences for couples, families, friends and larger groups alike.

Using the very best seasonal ingredients, many grown just steps from the kitchen in our gardens, our aim is simple: to offer delicious food, warm hospitality and memorable experiences throughout the festive season.
