Tucked behind the terrace, beyond the kitchen windows and the hum of service, lies a space that quietly powers everything we do. It’s not just a garden—it’s where the story begins. And now, for the very first time, we’re inviting you to be part of that story.

Join us for an immersive day rooted in flavour, soil, and seasonality.

We’re opening our organic farm garden to just 14 guests for a rare, behind-the-scenes experience—one that traces every ingredient from seed to plate. You’ll start your morning slowly, with coffee under the terrace’s living roof. Then we’ll walk together into the beds and polytunnels, where the scent of rosemary mingles with the morning air and the herbs still carry the dew.

Taste edible flowers straight from the stem, sip a garden cocktail amongst the tomato vines, and learn from the very people who nurture this land—how we grow without chemicals, why heritage varieties matter, and how we work in harmony with nature, not against it. Afterwards, take your seat at our teak Chef’s Table for a lunch designed around what you’ve just seen and gathered—three thoughtful courses, plus cheese boards to share, each dish telling a story of the garden that surrounds you.

Expect Gusbourne English sparkling wine, generous canapés, and the kind of meal where you’ll want to savour every bite. This is more than just a tour. It’s a celebration of slow-growing, careful tending, and cooking with purpose.
